As part of her Landecker Project, Asha Iman Veal has organized Placemaking & Community Live Conversations. On October 8 at 11am EDT/5pmCEST, she will host a roundtable discussion with human rights and anti-discrimination advocates from Berlin, Wroclaw and Athens.
This live conversation will feature Landecker Fellows Christina Bukalo (Founder of Statefree.World), Lena Bielska (Founder and President of the HerStory Foundation); Vincent Kadiri (Biomedical Researcher and founder of Na’egbia lyese scientists of color collective), and Iason Apostolopoulos (Rescue Coordinator at Mediterranea Saving Humans (pending ship schedule)).
The conversation will be moderated by Hilesh Patel, Executive Director of the Invisible Institute.
