Kathryn M. McDonald received her LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from The George Washington University Law School in 2017, focusing her scholarship on human rights, humanitarian law, and transitional justice. She has worked for both the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security and State, most recently engaging on contemporary violations of international criminal law for the U.S. Mission to the OSCE in Vienna, Austria. She received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her BA in Sociology and International Studies from the College of St. Catherine.
