Bio:

Fabrice Guerrier is currently working within the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs at the U.S Department of State. He is the President of Coming to the Table, a national racial reconciliation organization that works across many cities in the United States to address the legacies of U.S slavery. He was the 2016 PEN Haiti Fellow at PEN America where he worked with emerging Haitian writers, journalists and civil society leaders at the PEN Haiti Center in Port-au-Prince. Fabrice holds an MA in Conflict Transformation from Eastern Mennonite University's Center for Justice & Peacebuilding. Previously, he founded and directed the LEEHG Institute for Foreign Policy for four years. He has research experience working with Fambul Tok International in postwar communities in Sierra Leone. He has worked at the Zehr Institute for Restorative Justice as a Graduate Research Assistant. Fabrice has interned at the US Department of State and the United Nations. Fabrice actively pursues his own creative writing projects in fiction and poetry. He received his Bachelor of Science in International Affairs and a Leadership Studies certificate from Florida State University. Fabrice was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and immigrated to the United States at the young age of 14. He speaks French and Kreyol.
