Grazyna Baranowska

Grazyna Baranowska is a researcher in the Poznan Human Rights Centre of the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where she also works on her doctorate about enforced disappearances in Europe. She received her MSc in European studies (2009) and Turkish Philology (2011) from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Her main fields of research are the universal system of human rights protection, enforced disappearances and human rights in Turkey. Grazyna completed a five-month fellowship program at the Committee on Human Rights and Humanitarian Aid in the German Parliament. Graznya was born in Poland and raised in Berlin.
