Jenn is a recipient of the Posse Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship that has prompted her studies at Denison University in Granville, Ohio. Currently, she is a sophomore pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a minor in French. Her interests lie in the areas of foreign policy, human rights, and social justice both domestically and internationally. Last summer, she interned at the Office of former Senator John Kerry in Boston, where she maintained close ties to constituents, so as to foster relationships among them, the senator, and multiple healthcare agencies. The summer before entering college, she was an intern in the Legal Practice Skills Department at the Suffolk University Law School in Boston, where she worked closely with law professors on various administrative tasks and learned some knowledge of legal writing. At Denison, she is a resident advisor, overseeing 40 residents. She has also served as the Public Relations Chair for Denison's chapter of Invisible Children, as well as for Denison's Middle Eastern Culture Organization, which seeks to promote awareness and understanding of cultural norms in relation to the MENA region. In the spring of 2014, she will be studying abroad in Brussels, where she hope to intern with human rights based NGO.
