Dominik Koehler is currently enrolled in the Political Science masters program at the University of Potsdam. His research focuses on international relations, migration, racism, and post-colonial theory. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Political Science/Administration and Sociology, and spent a semester in Madrid as well as three months in New York during an internship at the United Nations Department for Public Information. Before Dominik started his studies, he spent a year in Ecuador working in a school and a daycare center. Since then, he has worked as a volunteer coach for seminars preparing young Germans for their stay abroad. He is also part of a peer-to-peer education project which offers workshops for students in the field of globalization. Currently, Dominik and 11 other young students are producing a brochure that deals with the topics of racism and development cooperation.
