Solvej Berlau teaches History and Social Science at Slagelse Gymnasium. Prior to teaching Solvej worked for 10 years at the Danish Institute for International Studies specialising in Holocaust and Genocide Studies with an aim to bridge the gap between students and new research. Besides teaching Solvej undertakes lectures and is the author of a variety of educational materials, documentaries and more. Within Humanity in Action Denmark Solvej is, among many other things, the coordinator and facilitator of the Teaching Academy.
