Martin Lidegaard is a Member of the Danish parliament representing the Social Liberal Party (Radikale Venstre) since 2001. In 2008 Lidegaard co-founded CONCITO, Denmark’s green think tank, where he also served as Chairman (2008-11). From 2011-2014 Lidegaard served as the Minister of Climate, Energy and Building, and 2014-2015 as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Lidegaard has since 2015 served as the Chairman of the Foreign Policy Committee, and the Social Liberal Pary’s rapporteur of Defence, Foreign policy, Arctic, Faroe Islands, and Greenland.
