Marta Pych is currently studying at Maastricht University, exploring European Law and Comparative Legal studies. They are an activist in the field of asylum rights. Cooperating with the Association for Legal Intervention, they help to raise awareness regarding migration issues among Polish citizens and assist refugees in arranging their lives in Poland. They currently work on networking and public relations for Court Watch Polska – the NGO which mission is to build understanding between citizens and the judiciary through civic monitoring of courts. They are also active in the area of preventing inequalities and minorities’ rights abuses. They actively participated in protests against the actions of the Polish government limiting reproductive rights and discriminating LGBT people. They love music and poetry. Marta is a vocalist and play intstruments. They are planning their career in the field of Human Rights Advocacy.
