A national of Poland, Malgorzata (Margo) is a graduate student at the University of Warsaw with Major in American Studies. During her studies she went for a year-long exchange at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago where she also worked for the Chicago Innocence Center, contributing to the teamwork on wrongful conviction cases. Having been shaped by this experience as well as by her cooperation with Polish chapter of Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, she wants to work on cases of wrongful convictions and misconduct in the system.
