Daphne is a lawyer and member of the Golden Dawn Watch Observatory, an initiative monitoring Golden Dawn’s Trial in Greece, providing daily coverage and analysis of the proceedings, authoring, and publishing unbiased reports. She has successfully represented the GD Observatory in media interviews, panels in informative events aiming to contribute to public awareness for this crucial trial. Recently she has also completed a two-month traineeship in the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, working for the Committee of Legal Affairs and Human Rights. She received her Master’s degree in Public Law from the University of Bordeaux and her Master’s thesis is focused on the protection of human rights under the state of emergency in France. She was born and raised in Athens.
