2020 Racial Equity Grants

Addressing racial equity and engagement in the United States.

In celebration of Juneteenth 2020, we announce the creation of the Humanity in Action Racial Equity Grant. The focus of the new, ongoing and evolving Racial Equity Grant is to support projects and engagements that focus on impactful change in the United States. We are in the midst of the most powerful social movements this country has seen in the last fifty years. This new grant recognizes the impactful work many of our Fellows and Senior Fellows are engaging in to support racial equity and #BlackLivesMatter. The Racial Equity Grant is made possible through the generous support of the William H. Donner Foundation.

Humanity in Action invited applications for funding of impactful projects or engagements that advance racial equity and anti-racist work. The 2020 Racial Equity Grantees are  Jalyn Radziminski,  Jasmine Rashid, Michael Scott, and  Samson Lim.
