Senior Fellow James Sykes has been selected as a 2021 New Leaders Council – St. Louis Fellow. The New Leaders Council offers a six-month fellowship program that trains and equips young leaders with skills to become agents of change in politics, policy, and their communities. James is one of the 16 Fellows from St. Louis selected for the fellowship.
