In August 2021, the student-led Critical Tech Podcast, which Landecker Fellow Adam Echelman produces, launched its second season.

This podcast is run by Adam’s students and coordinated by the Baltimore-based Digital Harbor Foundation.

The first episode of season two is devoted to adult learning during the pandemic. The listeners get to know Ariat, an immigrant studying English while navigating learning online. The episode shares the obstacles that adult learners and immigrants must overcome to climb ladder of education and work.

In the second episode, listeners learn about how the digital divide impacts learners with disabilities.
