Süddeutsche Zeitung reports on Narku Laing's work against racism



Senior Fellow Lorenz Narku Laing, who lives in Bavaria, is one of the Hertie Foundation’s 30 under 30. “Narku thinks German, speaks German, was born in Germany, and yet ‘I’m not just any German,’ he emphasizes, ‘but a black German,’ states a recent feature by the Southern German newspaper Süddeutsche.

The newspaper features Narku and another 30 under 30 awardee who was also recently recognized by the Hertie Foundation for their work against racism and for pluralism.
