Humanity in Action the Netherlands has an ANBI status, which means that you can make a periodic donation of at least five years with tax benefits.

The tax benefits are:

• Your annual donation is fully (100%) deductible for income tax, there are no minimum and maximum limits attached.
• The higher the donation, the higher the amount you can deduct from your income tax.
• Your pledged donation is recorded in a written agreement for at least 5 years.

Fill in and sign the following two documents:

The Agreement Periodic Donation form (in Dutch).
The Payment Authorization form (in Dutch).

Make sure you fill in and sign the copy for the donor as well as the recipient.

After signing all the forms please send the copies of both documents to the following address:
