Who's eligible: HIA Senior Fellows
In this program, HIA places HIA Senior Fellows at leading, innovative NGOs and civic institutions in the Bay Area, where you will work four days a week and gain professional experience working on HIA issues at the grassroots level.
Senior Fellows also participate in seminars and site visits one day a week, focusing on themes such as minority activism in the Bay Area, philanthropy and volunteerism, the free speech movement, environmental justice, social entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley
